how to permanently close a upvc window

i need to close a window permanently as its close to a flue terminal

dont fancy using screws is there a glue that will do this ?

any hints n tips welcome

or if you in gateshead do the job for me and price it

Take the handle off

aye done just that and super glued it too so jobs a goodun

handle comes apart and i took the bit out the handle uses to open
