These are Nico UPVC windows, however I have trouble closing it, basically the window only closes if I press the top left of the window against the frame when closing it. So the window just needs to be moved a bit closer to the frame in the top left. I'm not sure how to do it, does anyone have any ideas? It's probably one of those 'easy when you know how' jobs.

I've uploaded a picture of the window to give an idea of how it looks. They're good windows, just need to be able to adjust them. Thank you

Nico will just be the hardware, i am not aware of a Nico Profile.
Reading what is happening, would I be right in saying that without any help during closing, you end up with a gap at the top on the hinge side of the sash? If so it's a new set of window hinges.

Thanks, it's more that the locking mechanism bangs in to the side of the frame and a bit of pressure by hand in the top left straightens it enough so that the window closes. I couldn't see any obvious ways to adjust the window itself. It is a new build and I'm aware quite a few people have windows out of alignment as the house settles

Search toe and heeling up on the internet, I suspect the sealed unit needs repacking
