Hi there, I have a Horstmann series 2a. I am having some difficulty reading this. There are 7 screens, one with the date, one with time and 5x different rates. Should I be submitting all of these to the electricity company? I only use electricity nothing else is connected?

Hi, the meter has a sticker 'E7 Heatwise' suggesting you may have storage heaters that take advantage of cheap overnight electricity. This would explain 2 rates but not the 5! A company I worked for had a meter with 3 rates for 'street lighting' - weekdays, weekends, evenings ( I think from memory) but again not 5 rates. Have you checked your energy bill - might have some answers. Is there not a sticker on the meter or nearby detailing the rates?

I have a similar issue, don't know the hole model of my meter but it shows 5 readings, and I'm getting billed like crazy even tough I'm the single occupant and not home all the time. Don't know what all 5 mean and how to explain it.

Is there anyone that can help with this situation? I've attached some photos of the meter and the readings displayed. thank you
