Standard Economy 9-Please tell me how this works in my current flat ?

Update: Yesterday night, I checked the meter readings during off peak hours(8:30 PM GMT to 11:30 PM GMT) as confirmed by SSE-

Meter readings at 21:09 GMT-
Rate 1- 57662
Rate 2- 82060
Time on the meter- 22:14

Meter readings at 22:25 GMT-
Rate 1- 57663
Rate 2- 82064
Time on the meter- 23:29

So, is it safe to conclude that only heating appliances are billed in off peak ? or Is it something to do with time mismatch in the meter ?

we are in GMT - not BST
8:30 PM BST to 11:30 PM BST - WINTER

so 21:09 - should match with the winter time - 7:30 - 10:30 pm - 19:30 to 22:30
and 22:25 - also in winter

Meter readings at 22:25 BST-
Rate 1- 57663
Rate 2- 82064
Time on the meter- 23:29

Not sure - but the the meter would stay in GMT - CET time
so 22:25 BST - v time on meter 23:29 ????? confused -

Winter-
3 am to 6 am
12 pm to 3 pm
7:30 pm 10:30 pm
Summer-
4 am to 7 am
1 pm to 4 pm
8:30 pm to 11:30 pm

Since it seems the meter has not updated its time display, it hardly matters if UTC (was called GMT until observatory moved) or DST (was called BST) as all the times are up the creak anyway.

Looking at your consumer unit, it seems unlikely off peak supplies anything other than DHW and CH.

Thank you for the inputs.
So just curious, Does this meter still get Radio Signals for switching or is it functioning with a 'programmed' peak and off peak times ?
