How to remove this top fitting toilet seat

Thanks for the reply, posted another pic to make it clearer,
There are no back nuts , or anything underneath as in a conventional toilet....

 
Have a look to see if there an Allen screws or similar around holder eg back, side or front or top.

If there is, unscrew it and it should lift off and you might see main fixing screws.

Pans gotta come out to get to that bugger, it'll have normal fixing nuts underneath but only accessible with the pan pulled forward so you can get your arm in there
