How to replace door handle with lock style

I need to replace the two internal bedroom door handle's with key locks.
The one I currently have is the privacy one below but would like to change it for a the lock style .

I have been qouted £250 to change them is that about right?

Bathroom with a key lock? Is that a good idea?
What happens if you get health troubles in bathroom. Door will have to be smashed or widow smashed
