How to restore this sad limestone floor?

This tumbled limestone floor is in a busy bathroom and hasn't been sealed for a few years.

The edges of the tiles are grey and feel rough and permanently damp, while the tops of the tiles are still yellow and dry and shiny - see pics.

I'm no expert, but think that water has penetrated the edges of the stones due to lack of sealant.

What's the best thing to do to make it happy again?
