How to seal cracks in bell cast

Hi we have some small crackes in a bell cast that is currently painted in exterior emulsion paint. is there a brush on product that will seal the cracks please? thanks in advance

forgot to say these are fine hairline cracks- just concerned that moisture will get in. ta
