How to secure floating floor on beam and block floor

I'm actually now looking at UFH :LOL:

I'm looking at something like nu-heat lopromax. Don't need to use screed with it and I can put engineered wood direct on top of it.

Yea the flex in the floor isn't really a disaster
 
Ok, so now is the time you're gonna want some reasonable insulation! Maybe consider taking those concrete blocks out, replacing them with insulation boards, fitting the ufh between the beam lines and plopping a pug screed over it, keeping it thermally disconnected from the beams, then floor over the top..
