How to straighten uPVC window so it closes flush with frame

The window frame does not close tightly against the casement as shown in the photo on one side. I have put insulation bridge the gap. I can't see anything to adjust it like you find with uPVC doors?

I've replaced hinges and other repairs on uPVC. To answer I don't think you can adjust.
Maybe hinge has worn out?
Might be a manufacturers fault

It all looks intact and not warped/bent/out of shape. If its a manufacturer fault then I guess new hinges would not sort it?
 
OK from the pictures I can work out that it's a top hung window with 600mm hinges, in my experience I found any sash/casement that is tall enough that it requires 600mm hinges means its 'oversize', the trouble with tall sashes is the distance between the hinges and the locking mechanism is very long or 'oversize' and the result is the upvc section bows outwards in the middle, the hinge pulls the top in tight, the locking mech pulls the bottom in tight and the result is the middle bowing out, new hinges very likely won't fix this
