how to top up water on Baxi Combi 105 HE?

I have had one installed a few months ago and needed to bleed my radiators. This has reduced the pressure to zero. I have tried to refill but there is one tap on the filling loop which I cant open. There seems to be a tap facing me but a philips screw head type thing on the opposite side (which it is difficult to gain access to)
I have tried to turn it but it wont budge & I don't want to break anything.
HELP. WHAT DO I DO???

Filling loops usually have a washing machine type tap or a flat blade screwdriver slot to turn 90D.
