How to transition between laminate and door frame

I'm looking to install laminate flooring (or tiles) to replace the current vinyl flooring but unsure how to include a seamless transition to the conservatory door (pictured).

The floor is currently flush with the door frame so once underlay and laminate are installed there will be a slight step up in height.

How can I neatly transition between the newly heightened floor level and the entire door frame/window in the picture?
