How to turn off radiator with broken TRV

Hi all

I would like to turn off a radiator which has a broken TRV (jammed to "fully on").

Can I turn/close the lockshield valve to turn off the radiator? Or will that effect the balance of the whole system?

Yes you can, just make a note of the lockshield position (turns) so you can open it back up to the balanced position again when you get round to fixing the other valve.
