How to wire a 2-gang 2-way Light switch?

Hey guys I've been trying to put a new light switch in but the rcd keeps making it cut out (never done this before) does anyone know where I'm going wrong.

Don't bother with the photo; by virtue that you've managed to get one of the wires into the earth, it's far safer if you call an electrician.

You have put a live conductor in the earth terminal.

I hope to hell that's made up, made me smile, when there is absolutely no reason to smile if the OP is for real. Just to reiterate.. you need an electrician.. (maybe even colour blind Geoff down the road may be a better bet
