hozelock 1500, submersible or not???

I have just aquired a hozelock 1500 pond-pump, but without a manual..

My question: is it submersible? Any other info would also be grafefully accepted. Many thanks.

pond pumps are submersible, how ever in what condition is the cable? if its damaged in anyway anywhere bin it
