HW & CH problem

I have installed a new 3.valve with motor and connected electrics to programme box. Since this the water is not heating & the radiators are heating up when the thermostat is off. Do you have any suggestions?

Is the valve in the right way round?

Sounds to me as if you have wired the valve up incorrectly. Did you get instructions with the valve? If not then try the web site of whoever makes the valve or a plumbers/heating merchant might have some literature. If you are still unsure post a reply telling me which make of valve you have and how you have connected it. I will give you a description of how the valve should be wired.
