Hi folks I've been away for a while!

Could anyone kindly tell me what might be the potential problems encountered if I installed a plinth heater in a non-standard orientation inside a wall blowing upwards to a grille that deflects the hot air away from to wall at 45 degrees?

Yes but a kitchen plinth heater is a lot cheaper than a trench heater!
