Hypericums growing at different rates

I planted 3 hypericums in a south facing border in 2017.

One has done as you would expect and grown to its correct size. The other 2 have not.

Have i planted a different variety perhaps ?

Or have these just not grown very well for what ever reason.

The photo shows a big shrub on the left and then 2 next to it. One is a little hidden by the main shrub.

There are quite a few different species in the family, so yes it could be a different plant.
Does the small one seem healthy, other than being small?
If you decide to replace it, you may be able to grow from cuttings from the good plant.
 
yes healthy and i moved them last week to another spot. I will be buying some new ones to go in there and will check i got the correct variety this time.
