No sound on at all of a sudden, radio or mp3 playback from usb port.

Are there any resets or fuse pulls to consider for this?

May be worth disconnecting the battery for 10 mins and perform a reset.
Certainly sounds like a defective radio.
Make sure you have a code if required.

Got the volume back!

Took the negative of the battery for 90 minutes then reconnected it.

The job's a goodin'!
