Unfortunately you are on a UK site and as such we wouldn't usually use goods supplied from the US or China - don't get me wrong a lot of good stuff comes out of the US though China can be a bigger gamble. Not sure you would get any useful reviews on the manufacturers you are suggesting.

If you are in Armenia then you maybe want to look at European manufacturers - Germany - UK - Spain for example.
 
All depends on how good your tenant is I guess. If they look after things then can go a little more expensive, if they don't then don't.
