I can't change time

I have a 2000 w reg Citroen berlingo MPV I have lost the owners manual and I can't put the clock to the correct time the clock is intigrated within the speedo, can somebody help?

I have a Citroen Picasso so it may be the same set up, I don't know, does it have a button like a open book on the tab on the right side of the speedo?

i dont have either mancual or the car, but why not tune your radio to an fm station and turn the rds on, i did with mine and the rds changed the clock

leave it on BST. I did over winter, it suddenly shows the right time now!
