Basically, the boiler temperature has become too hot, and the burner has shut down to protect things.
Maybe the water circulating pump isn't working?
Once the water temperature has reduced, the limit stat can be reset - its just inside the front boiler door if I remember.

Johns replay is 90% right, except the Camray 3 has a "self resetting overheat stat meaning that once the boiler has cooled sufficiently it will automatically re-start. the most likely cause is a faulty control thermostat, which can be replaced quite easily
