Hi. We have just had a new gravity fed shower with a Salamander pump fitted. The orb em is that when we turn it on the pump only kicks in when the temperature is really hot, when we turn it colder then the pressure goes and ditches the shower off. So, really hot shower or no shower at all. Any ideas very very welcome

Air lock on cold water side of pipework
Remove shower head from hose.
Place hose in bath/shower tray.
Turn on shower, set to cold water only and see if the air comes out.
