To any following, a reminder - I'm building a new workshop - See thread here

It's been put to bed for the winter, wrapped in plastic and sealed up tight as Tupperware.

And like Tupperware left sealed with a sandwich crust in it.... It's gone moldy! Impressive for a concrete build, but apparently the uninsulated OSB ceiling had some spores going on.

"But wait" I hear you scream "You put a ventilation fan in!"

Alas, i made a tactical error and.... errrr... didn't actually vent it, just cycled the same musty air around inside. Spreading spores >.<

So, lesson learned - ventilation is ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL. Whether it's a house, bunker, shed or workshop... let it breath or you end up all fluffy

the measures to keep water out will keep water .......
Ventilation and circulation are essential to remove excess moisture
