i need help

We bought this house and I think I am in trouble. The tile on the porch began lifting up and my husband didn't do anything about it.Now when I left up the tile all the wood is wet and probably rotten. Is there any way to salvage this without tearing down the porch. I really can't afford that. It doesn't appear that a large area is wet, only about 2 tiles worth.

PLEASE, someone give me some advice.

any chance of a picture of the area? just so we can see what you mean better really, couple of options might be available, just depends on the wood etc so a pic would def help to see what we are on about
