As you should be aware, if two people act together to commit an offence, there is no rule that says only one can be arrested. But hopefully not against my wife.

You have to look at more of a picture of the days events leading up to the event, it wasn't simply a split second thing that happened. You are looking at a split shot of the time line rather than the full time line which makes up the picture
The more you escalate, the more force will be used to stop you.
Becca Good - definitely mouthed off.

He didn't mean her mouthing off was the reason for killing herBeing mouthy is "escalation" and justifies execution?

Why did he bring it up when trying to justify the killing? He didn't mean her mouthing of was the reason for killing her

No but driving a 2.5 ton vehicle at the agent was good enough reason. You think they conspired to be disrespectful?

She has admitted it was her fault, what do you think she means by that? These things have to be broken down in order to understand what happened. You have claimed that it was Becca's fault. I am just asking for more details of what you mean by that.

don't be daft - they jointly set out to impede and obstructNice try. They weren't acting together, though. Becca wasn't anywhere near the car when your supposed offence took place.
