He didn't mean her mouthing of was the reason for killing her
Why did he bring it up when trying to justify the killing?

Like you brought up lesbianism as part of your justification.

Important enough to you that you wanted to say it.

These things have to be broken down in order to understand what happened. You have claimed that it was Becca's fault. I am just asking for more details of what you mean by that.
She has admitted it was her fault, what do you think she means by that?

As you should be aware, if two people act together to commit an offence, there is no rule that says only one can be arrested.

Nice try. They weren't acting together, though. Becca wasn't anywhere near the car when your supposed offence took place.

He told you that Becca was rude.

If he thought she has committed a more serious offence he would gave said so

Like Highwayman though lesbianism was a contributory offence justifying the execution.

She probably thinks that something she did made things worse. It doesn't mean that she is correct. I am trying to establish what those who blame Becca think would have happened differently if she hadn't mouthed off. I am completely neutral on this point and am just interested in people's views.

You are getting this all wrong, you have totally misunderstood

Well telling her to drive off, let us say she didn't say that, would the driver have drove off still of her own accord?

that is fair and objective. (y)

The mouthing off was an escalation, the drive baby drive was a bit more.
