No, it was definitely more than that. Their friends say they were there to observe and video the ICE agents. That is perfectly legal. But Trump and Vance etc. claim that they had been obstructing the agents. But no details of that have been provided.

It’s fairly clear she knew who they were and why they were there.

Her intention was to cause inconvenience possibly obstruction.

She did not deserve to be shot at. But that does not make the killing unlawful.

That was at the point of the first shot. She was between three and five feet further back when she started moving forward.

It’s fairly clear she knew who they were and why they were there.

Clearly she didn't. A few of them surrounded her car, tried to gain entry into her car, tried to open her car door and shot her dead. Since when is that in their remit?

She thought they were there to check passports.

But that does not make the killing unlawful.

Several other things do though. Even the police are scratching their heads.
