No neither have I, it is the same as the ICE agents telling her to move, not heard that either. All I heard is get out of your car so it doesn't make sense to tell her to move.
They seem to have bleeped it now. When they first posted it, a male voice said those words and they were crystal clear. We don't know whether it was the killer or another agent.
The bleep in this video at 1 min 39 seconds is when the words are said

In the circumstances it would be understandable to say this, I still didn't hear anything that makes this shooting illegal. If him allegedly saying this is the only thing that makes anybody think that the killing was illegal then they are clutching at straws.
I will give an example of this, If someone in a car pulls out in front of you or makes a bad move on the road, do you not call them all the names under. the sun whilst behind the wheel of your car? A natural reaction is all that this is.

I actually posted the same video yesterday. It shows Renee's car what I estimated is about two hundred yards away from where the ICE agents were carrying out their operation. Maybe that distance isn't quite right. The point is that she was so far away, that she couldn't possibly be obstructing them. Unless they wanted to arrest her for beeping her horn.

its the usual nonsense with Trump; Sanctions imposed on Iran and military action threatened because they are shooting their protesters, and yet Trumps own law enforcement officers are doing the same thing (in a much smaller scale obviously)
