ICE told to get the eff out

"interfering" definitely covers protesting, road-blocking and generally getting in the way.
One car trying to turn and drive off is not interfering with anything other than the agent’s delicate but trigger happy ego. Authority comes from the law not the barrel of a gun.

Evidently that statement is incorrect. They have every right to use lethal force in certain situations, that is law in every civilised country.
But not in any situation. The bloke clearly thought IVF got a gun and I’m going to use.

She was doing both!

We are not talking about when Renee tried to drive off. We are talking about what caused the agents to try to arrest her in the first place. She was parked at least a hundred yards away from their operation. She had left one lane of a two lane street open. Traffic was flowing freely. Nobody was blocked. None of the agents were obstructed in any way. So, the question is, on what basis were they trying to arrest her.

Or she could have simply stepped out of her car.

The ICE statement specifically says that Rahman was told to move her car. Who knows what they would have done if she had got out of the car instead, leaving it blocking the road.

There is a new analysis in the NY Times which clears up some of the confusion about what we can see in the various videos.

It mainly concerns the POV video taken by the agent who shot Renee.

Firstly, when we hear the thud which many interpreted as the agent being hit by the car. That is actually the sound of the agent putting his left hand down on the car's bonnet. He was holding his phone in his left hand and what we hear is the phone hitting the bonnet. We then see a shot of the sky. That is not because the agent has been hit by the car, but because the phone has twisted in his hand after slapping it down on the bonnet. The reason he is leaning at that weird angle (spotted by @aveatry) is because he leans forward to put his left hand on the bonnet to steady himself to shoot. At the end of the video, after he has shot Renee and the car has driven away, they clear up that it is definitely the agent who shot her who says '****ing ***ch'

\Probably not had to shoot her 3 times in the face?

He clearly manipulated the situation so he could shoot her, either in cahoots with the other agent but more likely he saw the opportunity to engineer a scenario where he could justify killing her on the basis of bring in fear of his life. The language he used is of a successful woman hater with a gun.

Different person. This is Aliyah Rahman, not Renee Good. She is the disabled woman who was told to move her car by ICE agents. The only way was forward, towards the ICE agents. She was terrified that they would shoot her if she did that.

That is your opinion only, it wasn't the opinion of the ICE agent with the gun. Massive difference of opinion there
