Icon boiler - what is it really?

Travis Perkins used to sell these but I'm 100% certain that they didn't build them. Anyone know what the Icon combis really were/are?

icons are made by italian firm hermann were bought out by glow-worm who were bought out by vaillant do not think t.p sell them anymore were cheap boiler for letting market leak like a sieve when work on
