Ideal Classic LXFF Clicking

When the boiler has been on for a bit it starts "clicking" as though it is trying to light up. Turning the temperature to 0 and back up clears the clicking for a bit.

Any ideas.

What does the boiler do when its clicking? Is it that the main burner goes out during this clicking?
