The pressure on my boiler dropped below one so I tried to top it up as I have done previously. But it would not let water into the system I’ve taken of the loop and tested the water flow which is working but still there is no water going into the system I’m puzzled, anybody help please . Thanks

Could be a knackered inlet valve on heating side, which one has the double check valve fitted? Also (more likely) the plastic tap has failed, and is no longer turning the valve. Try removing the plastic head (usually a small screw holding in place) and turn with a spanner.
