ideal elan 2 won't fire up

Hi, I have an ideal elan 2 boiler (50f). The pilot-light lights, fan starts,spark ignites the pilot light but the boiler wont fire up.

I followed the manual's problem solving flow chart which suggested the PCB.

I changed the PCB but the boiler still dosen't work (I tested the PCB on my neighbours boiler- same make & model and the pcb works ok) .

There is no 240v from the pcb to feed the solenoid - however the pcb
works ok!

I've tested the air pressure switch (although the pilot wouldn't light if there was a problem with this) which gives the correct signals, and all the various thermostats, and all the wiring looms!.

I am a gas fitter but my boiler has totally confused me!

does anyone have any information on the ideal no7b PCB?

Any ideas at all most appreciated!
