Engineer should ask for a copy of instructions or would download a copy and follow recommendations in there.
What he should do and what he will do are totally different things in most cases, procedure is in the installation and service instructions
Son has had a look in the installation /Servicing Book:
17 pages refer to servicing, Would he do all of these ?
Nope, its only pages 33-36

Your book is different from the one I'm looking at, my edition shows 37 to 54.
Will copy yours off and send to my Son.

It is confusing, because when you get to page 36 on the one I sent you, that is the end of the servicing procedure, the next section is component removal, but it still comes under Servicing, as does fault finding , but they are nothing to do with Anuall servicing, I can see how people get confused , the one you have will be the same
