Ideal evo he 22/24 fault

hey guys,

Could i get some advice on a issue i think iv diagnosed but need confirmation.

I have a ideal evo he which keeps getting the El faults code on the screen. It does not happen all the time and might not happen for weeks than again it might happen twice in a day. Once reset it works fine until the next time. I have changed the overheat stat as recommended in the MI but its still happening.

The next option is the PCB board replacement as said in the instructions which i have is the case ?

so why have you diagnosed the problem ? the fault finding chart is only a GUIDE
