ideal evo he 16 not igniting heating side only

Hi all any ideas i have a ideal evo he 16 which works fine when calling for hot water and heats the radiators but when i put the heating on only the boiler does not ignite....no fault lights on display in fact no lights at all checked thermostat and looks like atctuator is moving to correct positions ,but this is the third actuator fitted in last 5 years (drayton ma1)....i'm Just wondering does the actuator send a signal back to boiler to confirm positionn.

Any help appreciated
