ideal icos boiler

Faulty hot water thermistor which an icos doesn't have so you must have the pins in the pcb in the wrong place ie Isar.

I think its more likely he has a faulty sensor but he really has an Isar.

DIYers dont usually change a PCB without telling us ( unless they are really stupid ).

your boiler has the jumpers in the wrong place, leave the jumper in link number 3 and swap the other link to the other side of the link

But jumpers dont just jump on their own.

If this is a genuine home owner who is telling us the truth then it was working and then failed.

The original posted seems to have strangely disapeared from the forum. So much for wasting time trying to help him!

maybe so but you can by a pcb an fit it yourself and the confussion may arise from whoever fits the pcb not understanding the links, there are 2 types off board as well,so has he fit a black or a orange
