ideal isar M30100 pressure problem

hey folks,

just bled the rads on the CH, problem is when i try and refill the system via the loop, nothing happens :?

The pressure is currently at 0.5 bar, and the sytem requires a min of 1.0 bar.

Help :cry:
 
just to complicate matters further, on the last service the loop was removed :? :? :? :? :?
