IDEAL ISAR PRESSURE LOSS WHEN CHANGING FROM C/H TO H/WATER

EVERY TIME A HOT WATER TAP IS OPENED WHILE THE CENTRAL HEATING IS OPERATING , THE PRESSURE GAUGE ON THE HEATING RETURN PIPE DIPS TO ZERO FOR A SECOND AND THEN SHOOTS BACK UP TO 1.5 BAR FOLLOWED BY A BANG RATHER LIKE WATER HAMMER. ANY IDEAS WHAT THE PROBLEM CAN BE ?
