2. Isar does not have a pilot light
3. lets start to try and help you!

righty ho then

first establish is there a display on the boiler control (bottom right)
it should display 1 of the following
C d or 0
if it doesn't then it is
A. no power to boiler - check the 5 pin plug underneath hasn't come apart
B. PCB is Done for

check these and come back if you need any further help.

Hi kev, boiler is hard wired from programmer. nothing showing on boiler. Leters WE showing on progaramer. boiler over 2 years old.

no display is normally a failed pcb, a very common fault on these unreliable boilers and not a cheap part either. 2 years old is about the right time for a new pcb, most don't seem to make it beyond 3 years.

check there's power at the boiler then the fuse on the pcb. if both are ok it's almost certainly a pcb

joe as screech has said PCB is most likely
£132 when i got one 2 weeks ago
old ones are black the new ones are orange
you have to put the jumpers in the pcb to suit your boiler (they come with it)
the board itself is very straight forward to change (plug and play!) just swap the arms over from old to new pcb

Make sure the power is OFF completely before changing the board
when you power it back up you will get a number this will corespond with the instructions with the pcb, each ideal boiler has a different number so you will know that the jumpers are in the right place when you have the correct number.

it will then go to normal C,d,t or O after a few seconds
