Ideal isarhe30 pressure dropping and leaking from discharge.

Hi. Ideal isar he30 5 1/2. years old . Recently Have replaced Diverter valve,head and manifold , DHW thermistor , PCB.
Over the last two weeks pressure dropping and leaking from discharge
pipe when dhw and ch is running. Now has started leaking slowly when
dhw and ch is off. It started with dhw only and a few days ago with the
ch.
Need help.

Probably the Pressure Relief Valve. Once they let excess pressure off a bit of muck gets stuck in the rubber seal and lets water past slowly.
