Ideal mexico balanced flue boiler causing outside wall to be

Hey All,

I have an Ideal Mexico super 2 RS80 boiler and have noticed recently that the outside wall above the flue seems to be very damp after operation, I hadnt noticed this before, could there be a problem, or is this normal?

Anyhelp appreciated.
