I have no ch or dhw. The boiler goes through all its start up procedure but the fan starts and runs for a couple of seconds then slows down for a couple then speeds up for a couple. Its on off on off. But no heating or hot water. Any ideas anyone

There are 3 lights on the front of this boiler which aid fault finding and are also a status indication when boiler is working normally. The combination of flashing,steady and solid lights indicate certain faults. You give no info as to what is happening with those lights?
