Ideal Mini c28 will come on by itself intermittently

I have an intermittent problem with our mini c28 boiler it will come on a go of by itself any ideas?The Green light is flashing as normal.It had a new expansion vessel fitted 6 months ago.
 
Many boiler faults are impossible to identify without being at the boiler.

One possibility is a dirty connector causing a higher resistance to a sensor triggering a frost protection operation.

Is there a good chance it could be the control PCB?
 
When I go to a boiler I have to keep an open mind!

Changed the temp sensor for the central heating,found a loose connection on a connector between the control and ignition PCB also four resistors on the ignition PCB with multiple dry joints,resoldered.Fault not happened since.I expect it was one of these causing it :D
