called to boiler today with no hot water. after fitting new parts to the diverter valve and a newmembrane the boiler fired fine for hot water,but it would only fire for a few minutes for heating and the temp flys up and then boiler off.on feeling the flow pipe there is nothing but the pump is hot, any ideas?????? could this b the actuator
