Ideal NF60 Central Heating Boiler

I have an intermittant fault on my control panel which stops the boiler from igniting (pump running OK etc) just needs a slight tap on the plastic casing and the boiler starts.

Can someone advise me on how to open the plastic casing to get at the PCB
