Ideal PCB Relays

I have a problem on my 15 yo SE12FF. I boiler fails to fire up and it appears that fan runs, sparks but no gas release. All wiring in tact but when the lower flap is unscrewed to access the PCB etc. Occasionally it works when the flap is moved or a slight tap is given. I have (perhaps wrongly) guessed that the contacts on the RH relay are failing to make contact.
Is the relay sealed or can the cover be removed to clean the contacts. It seems like worthwhile trying instead of fitting a new £200 board.

You do not know what you are doing. Leave well alone. Get a heating engineer who is familiar with your appliance

And its more likely to be dry joints than the relay contacts.
