I have a 5 yr old Ideal Response 120. It has been losing pressure consistently for about a year, with me simply increasing the pressure via the filling loop when needed. Now the pressure is varying between extremely high sometimes and zero at other times. Does this sound like a pressure relief valve problem? And are parts easy to acquire?

Its because the expansion vessel has failed or needs recharging. See FAQ.

As you have ignored the problem for so long then the PRV may need changing as well. They are difficult to reach!
