Ideal Standard WC

Hope someone out there can help me with a stupid problem. I have a wall mounted Ideal Standard Accent WC with plastic seat. The hinges on the seat have started to work loose and I need to tighten them up - but I can't see how to get access to the bolts. Any clues??

Would probably be better off in plumbing section .I would suspect that you would need to remove the pan from the wall to gain access if there is nothing visible ? could try an email or phone call to ideal standard they have been helpfull to me in the past (ie spares etc).
